Thank you to all of you for such a tsunami of Mother's Day orders! What a week we have had and its still going! We send out boxed gifts nationwide after the florist trade flowers have all been despatched and then its onto the local florist studio orders.
I feel like I've been working on the delivery improvements forever! This week we evolved into the returnable crates and specialist flower handling courier DVS which was well received by happy florists!
Please keep your black crates, collars, lids and proconas and black crates (those rectangular crates!) in a safe place ready to be returned to us next time - don't worry if they damage - send back anyway so we can monitor how they do and check off where they all are, we can recycle hard and soft plastics too. As with Dutch crates there is a cost although we haven't implemented the deposit scheme as yet.

We were grateful for extra help this week from local florist Lydia@Buttercups and BFF Heidi :) Wednesday was far too cold for working in the packhouse and it nearly finished us off - so thankful there's no snow here - somehow the temperatures seem to be very erratic.
