Crop Report - 24th September 2021

Crop Report September

Autumn is definitely here now. Yesterday was the Autumn Equinox where since the beginning of time civilisations have celebrated the equal length of both day and night and gratitude for the harvest. As we move into a new season it is a perfect time to stop, celebrate and take stock of our lives.

We also review the growing and supply season around this time and our British growers are amidst the planning stages for 2022. Some crops will be scrapped and some increased. Some of the products have finished early; Asters for example, this is due to high demand as well as limited staff to harvest.

Oh my Gourd!
